Have you heard of New Beauty’s Test Tube Program? As a beauty junkie, this is one of my favorite discoveries. When you sign up for this awesome program, four times a year you will receive a Test Tube in the mail that is filled with deluxe samples of beauty products. They could be skincare or makeup or even hair care products, and they include some brands you probably already use and some you’ve never heard of, but its always so worth it and so exciting for us addicts.
The cost per tube is $29.95 plus $8.95 for shipping. The next tube (this will be the ninth one since the program began) should be shipping in the next couple of weeks, so if you want to sign up now would be a great time. I’ve been enrolled for some time, and every single test tube has been awesome. Sometimes you get full size products, sometimes its deluxe samples, or a combination of both, but usually the retail value of the tube is is at least 3 to 4 times what you paid for the tube. Each tube I’ve received so far has had at minimum 6 different products.
You can read more about Test Tubes and sign up on their web site. When I receive mine in a couple of weeks, I’ll post here what is included in the current tube. I can’t wait!
Last year one of the items I received in a test tube was a deluxe sample of Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. I adore this moisturizer, I used it at night last winter and my skin looked amazing. I balked at the price ($124 for 1.7 oz) but last week I decided I wanted to use it again this winter, so I combed the internet looking for a way to buy it cheaper. Over at spalook I found this cool little set called the Elemis Anti-Ageing Brilliance set. Its $86.00, with a retail value of $200, and includes not only 1 oz of the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream but also four other products I can’t wait to try, all in a cute little hat box. I ordered mine, I can’t wait to start using the products! Its also available at beauty.com.
As far as new beauty gifts with purchase, not much has changed since yesterday. Over at Bloomingdales, if you purchase any Chanel product, you will receive a free mini Exceptionnel de Chanel Intense Volume and Curl Mascara.
And over at Neiman Marcus, with any Estee Lauder purchase, you will receive a free deluxe sample of Tuberose Gardenia Eau de Parfum from the Private Collection.
And only one new coupon today. At Origins, with any order, receive a free 0.2 oz sample of Plantitode Mega-Mushroom Face Serum. Enter code 09083 at checkout. Expires September 23 or while supplies last.

I love the Elemis kit. I gave myself a facial with the Papaya Enzyme Peel and I even tried the Skin Bliss Capsules which are making my skin soooo smooth…
The test tube program sounds incredibly cool! Great to find another skincare junkie out there.
I haven’t tried the Elemis skincare line yet, and how are you enjoying your new kit? That does sound like a great deal.
