This is a frequently updated list of where you can currently purchase beauty products and receive a multi-item (usually with cosmetic bag) gift with purchase from my Big Three: Clinique, Estee Lauder, and Lancome. Hi Lancome lovers!
Heads up about the GWP at Lancome.com…..I just received my order and TWO of the three products I paid for were not in my package! It looks like Lancome.com is still having problems at their fulfillment center.
I called Customer Service and was able to get through immediately, and a really nice gentleman reordered my two products.
I told him about the constant problem with missing products and he said he was typing everything into the computer to let Lancome know.
I think I’m about finished ordering from Lancome.com. There are some products I like that I can only find there, but otherwise I will order from a department store.

I ordered from the lancome-usa website for the early access to the GWP on 7/20. I spent more than $125 to get two step up bonuses. The box was hastily packed–which is ok in a pandemic–really, boxes have been packed that way for the last few years anyway–but it was missing 3 samples (the more expensive ones) AND the umbrella. I called on 7/22 when the package arrived and was told that the missing items were not longer available and that I would get a “computer generated” package of samples to replace the missing pieces. I called back today–3 weeks later because these have not yet arrived and found the replacement order had not been placed. I will call again if nothing arrives in the next 3 weeks.
Of the 12 orders I have placed on lancome-usa.com in the last 5 years, about half of the shipments were just right and half were wrong in one way or another. One Christmas, I got received my order invoice, but someone else’s products.
I am not saying that you shouldn’t use the website. It is nice when Lancome sets up the GWP to give you choices of single samples on this website. Just be prepared to hunt for your samples in the packing material and to carefully check the contents listed on your invoice.

I’m so sorry you had so much trouble with Lancome too! It seems that we are not the only ones and that Lancome really has a problem at their fulfillment center.
My husband and my son both have worked with fulfillment centers and told me that something is up with Lancome. They should NEVER have that many errors. I literally have missing products from my package 90% of the time!
This last time my Concierge contacted me through email after I left a message on her phone, and sent out a separate shipment of samples to me of products that she knew that I loved! Just to say how sorry she was. Plus the gentleman that I reached in Customer Service reordered my missing products immediately and I received them several days later. So their Customer Service has always been exceptional, it’s just the Fulfillment Center that is awful.
I think I’m going to only order from Lancome-usa.com when they have a GWP I can’t live without😃, or I can’t find the product at a Department store.

Such a shame – think due to fulfillment center issues – especially since am on a limited income right now (furloughed due to the pandemic) am going to think twice before using Lancome’s web site & just stick to macys.com or nordstrom.com – both very trustworthy & accurate. Another good source for Lancome stuff – unfortunately not the whole line – is hsn.com.

I, too have had issues with Lancome.com. I placed two different orders, and half of each order was incorrect. Also, I redeemed rewards points, never received the items, and have request 5 times to have the points restored. It has been two months, and still no points restoration.

I was at Macy’s this afternoon to do a pre-sell for the upcoming Lancome gift with purchase and the saleslady told me that the start date for the gift will be August 4th.

Hello! We are all well here, thank you. I’m so very glad you find the posts helpful! Regarding the higher buy in for bonuses, I wish I knew. Historically, the first time a bonus is launched, it has the lower buy in; then, if they bring the bonus “back”, it has a higher buy in, though I’ve never known why they do this? These last months we have been seeing MANY bonuses brought “back” (rather than the entirely new bonuses that were scheduled, but have now been delayed), and that’s the only reason I can think of for why they are doing this?
I certainly hope we see more brand new bonuses very soon.

FYI my EL tote bag came in today. It is not a “straw basket weave” type of bag with real tassels. It is a tote bag with that basket weave pattern stamped on, and the “tassels” are a stamped on picture of tassels. There are no real tassels. I thought it looked nicer than what I usually get as a $40ish gwp. The bag is kind of disappointing in reality vs what it looked like online. So I guess I answered my own question as to why they showed the suspiciously small snippet of the bag. It’s deceiving. I would post a pic if I could.

I’ve wished for a while that they would give the dimensions of the bags. I got one set that came with a very attractive bag, but it was too small to be used except by an older child, just old enough to start carrying a handbag.

Thanks for showing a better pic of the direct from EL GWP bag. I’d seen it mentioned in an email from EL earlier but all I found on their site was one pic that only showed one corner of the bag, which I thought was odd. I for one like to see what I’m getting. I wonder if it might be a little smaller than the usual tote size and more like a purse size?
I can try to find out but I’m not sure how quickly they will respond? I’m guessing this one will sell out quickly?
