From their site: “Online Reward redeemable January 1-31, 2009. Entire amount must be used on a single order; any remaining balance will be forfeited. No minimum purchase required at redemption. Your Online Reward will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete (subject to bank authorization), and we’ll send a reminder in January so you won’t forget!” There is a limit of 1 per customer.
