I just got an email from Lancome saying that the GWP they just recently had on their site is back and will be going on through May 8th.
Only problem is the GWP doesn’t appear in my cart after I added well over the minimum spend for the main gift and I have tried to add the gift 3 or 4 times.
This is the same GWP I ordered when it was originally available and they ended up cancelling my order. I may have to call them Monday to order this gift if I ever want to receive it.
Oh no! I just tried and it is showing up in my cart? You have to “select” then at the bottom “add to cart”? But I completely understand waiting for Macy’s at this point (which should be this week!).

I ended up going back onto the Lancome site later in the day and was able to add the gift to my cart finally. Something weird must have been going on earlier when I first tried to place an order and add the gift. But it appears to be fixed now.
It could have been on my end with my computer too for all I know. But I did get to successfully order everything later on and that’s what counts.
I did pick up my GWP at Macy’s this afternoon and it’s a really nice one.
Now I just have to wait for this other one from the Lancome site itself to get here. I am looking forward to it. 🙂

I was finally able to talk to my Macy’s Lancome BA about Lancome pulling out of department stores. She said that as far as she knows, Lancome is staying with Macy’s, but it pulling out of Saks either this Fall or next year. She hasn’t heard about any other stores, but she will keep me posted.😃

Thank you for sharing, hopefully our Canadian readers can get this one! I was told that Lancome was not doing a Mother’s Day PWP in the US this year.
I am really surprised that Lancome is not going to have the Mother’s Day PWP like they usually do.
I am not liking some of the changes that they have recently been making. I really like their products so I will still buy from the company but I would really like to see them go back to the way they were before this year.
I did just order some stuff from them today and will be receiving the GWP that is on the Lancome website. And I am planning on getting the one that Macy’s will be having next month.
The gifts both look real nice especially the one on the Lancome website.

Let us know if you receive all of your items in the Lancome.com GWP. Mine was shipped from a different warehouse than the one that had all the fulfillment problems and I received everything. And it was packaged really nicely, and arrived on time with the free next day air.

Hi Debbie! I finally have an update regarding my recent Lancome order.
Yesterday afternoon an email came in from Lancome stating that my order that would have gotten me the recent Lancome GWP had been cancelled. And they said that the reason is that some of the items I ordered were out of stock but they didn’t say which items they were.
A couple of days ago I was beginning to suspect that something was up with that order because I had placed the order well over a week before that and hadn’t heard anything as far as it being shipped. Normally I hear from them within a couple of days.
The GWP that would have come with the order was really nice so it’s kind of a shame that the order ended up being cancelled.
But at least there is a GWP at Macy’s starting soon that I did a pre-sell for so I still have some new Lancome products and a GWP coming to me shortly. I will be picking that order up in person since I did that order right in a Macy’s store.
Seeing what has just happened with my order, it does look like Lancome may still be having some problems, running out of stuff, cancelling orders unexpectedly and what not. This is the second time in the last six months that they have cancelled an order that I had placed. And this makes it two out of the last three orders that I have placed with them. And this is why it is so important to me that they do continue to have their products available in department stores.
Hopefully things will change soon and there will be less mishaps. Because they still have great products and they are still my favorite makeup brand.

So sorry to hear that your order got cancelled! That is so frustrating! I had an order in the past that wasn’t moving, so I called Lancome and found out some of the products were out of stock. The Lancome person reordered it and I ended up getting some duplicate products and an extra sample when everything finally arrived! Sometimes I can’t figure Lancome out!😃 I also did a pre-sale with Macy’s Lancome and will pick it up on Monday. Macy’s Lancome has the best gifts and I always rely on them when I can’t find the products that I want on Lancome.com.
My Macy’s Lancome BA said that as far as she knows Lancome is not leaving Macy’s. I hope they stay with Macy’s because I rely on them to find the products that Lancome.com has out of stock.
Lancome.com has another GWP in October, hopefully we will have good luck with that one!😃

I am glad that you got to talk to your Lancome rep at Macy’s and that so far it looks like they may be staying at Macy’s. I always enjoy shopping for Lancome at Macy’s and it will be great if they do stay.

I was at Macy’s and they are having next GWP on 5/2, presale has started. Qualifier is now $42 because the BA said most item prices have gone up. You get eyeshadow/mascara and cleanser/absolute or renergie day/eye cream. I remember the step up is $80 and you get small serum/toner and night cream.

I just received my Lancome.com order with GWP and I noticed that it was shipped from a different warehouse than the one in MS. Everything came packaged perfectly and all the items I ordered and the free items were in the box! And I received the free second day air like I requested! The warehouse in MS was faulty on all those things, so this was a nice change.
Maybe our suspicions were correct and they were emptying out the MS warehouse. Maybe to move their warehouse to NJ??
If our orders arrive from now on like mine did today, I would be very happy!😃😍🤩

$75 for Macy’s six piece gift? Whewww they have really gone up. I thought the gift was going to be a 5 piece pink floral bag with choice of cleanser, then step up to $55 gets smart duo or eyeshadow, and $75 gets a tote or mask? (Pic from gwpoffers on insta.) I was counting the days. I wonder what happened..Did they change it?

Did anyone receive the step up gift from Estee Lauder at Macy’s? I made a purchase online and just received my order. The step up gift (Revitalizing Supreme Eye Balm) was not in a sealed container. The glass jar was just rolling around in the box. Is this normal?
I also found the product that I bought (Global Supreme+ cream), while it was in a box, had the sticker that seals it on the hinge side rather than the side that opens (i.e. it did nothing to seal the box). It is hard to tell if some of the cream is missing because the jar was on its side, but I thought these jars were usually full and there is a large void on one side.
Has anyone else encountered this?
Hi Stargazer. I got the step up gift of eye cream from the Estee Lauder gift going on at Macy’s and the item was not in a sealed package. I received it in person, not shipped, but just like the order that you had shipped to you, the eye cream did not come in a sealed plastic bag like I normally get gifts in. The other products were in a sealed package, just not the eye cream.

I had never gotten a product in a GWP that wasn’t sealed either so it definitely struck me as kind of odd too when I opened the cosmetic bag that was included in the gift and noticed that the eye cream was not in any type of a sealed plastic bag like it usually would be.
