I have 3 of the EL astrology GWP bags. My fave is the one from Dillard’s- it is more colorful & prettier than shown. The EL direct is a slightly larger bag, also colorful. The problem was with the Boscov’s GWP. It was rolled in bubble wrap with the compact I bought & sent in a plastic mailer. The bag that looked pale red to me in pic was actually faded pink (awful), with permanent folds & creases- ruined by poor packaging. Also, return shipping cost is non-refundable.
I’m so sorry to hear your bag arrived damaged! Did you call and tell them it was ruined? Has this happened to anyone else who ordered from Boscov’s?

I did the current Lancome GWP at Bloomingdale’s and chose “Prep & Hydrate Primer, Blush Subtil in Rose Fresque, and Color Design Lipcolor in Lucky Kiss”.
I got the exact primer and blush but got the lipstick in another color. Does this happen to anyone else?
It could have been a shipping error, or they ran out of the color in your order and made a substitution?
Unfortunately Macy’s discontinued free shipping with $49 beauty purchase. As per their website you need to spend at least $75 or be a Gold or Platinum member.

The $75 free shipping is if you are shopping non-beauty items; if you spend $49 on beauty items, shipping will be free!
I had $58 in my cart and it said I needed to add another $17 to qualify for free shipping. Maybe if I sign in and try again…
Oh no! I tested it this morning on an Estee Lauder product priced at $58 and in the cart it showed free shipping?? I didn’t complete checkout, though?
Do you know if the Saks gwp is expired or sold out?
Unfortunately it looks like that has sold out.
Tried to place order with Lord and Taylor for Estee Lauder tote bag gwp. It would accept item and show in cart icon, but when I went to checkout, it said item unavailable and cart showed empty. I called customer service and she said the supply was probably gone. I told her that couldn’t be possible since I just received an email today from them about the gwp starting today! She said she would let them know and that I was only one who had called about this issue. She said to try again in a couple of hours or call CS and they would do online order.

I hate that Lancome Mother’s Day sets give 2 different mascaras, depends on cool or warm. I would like hypnose with the warm set.
