I wish I could help but I’m not sure what the question is. Did you order the Starter Kit, and did you get the unique code for $10 off, and that is the code that is not working? I did not buy a Starter Kit so I haven’t seen the coupon. Is there a minimum purchase involved, or are there product exclusions maybe, or specific dates during which you can use the coupon? I’m sorry I’m not more help!

Yay, I’m so glad you like the site! Actually the Lancome FF sale started today, 20% off anything with code FRIENDS (expires May 27; actually today is supposedly a preview of the sale for Elite Rewards members so the sale is not yet advertised on site but the code is working as of today).
I think I remember seeing gwp with discounts at department stores. Can we expect this to happen again in the future? Do you know the time frame? Thank you again!!!
We recently saw many of those (discount + GWP) but unfortunately I’m not sure when we will see any more soon. There is a Lancome GWP starting at Belk next week, but I never know in advance if they will be having a coupon at any time during the duration of the GWP. Then there should be a Lancome GWP at Saks, but again, I’m unsure if there will be any type of coupon (they rarely discount beauty products though sometimes we get lucky). In early-mid June there may be a Lancome GWP at Bloomingdale’s during their Beauty Treats event, but I doubt there will be any kind of discount. In early July there will be a Lancome GWP at Dillard’s, and they never discount beauty products.

Just a note on that wonderful Lancome Summer 2018 French Riviera PWP-if you order online from Nordstrom, shipping’s free…whereas Dillard’s charges $10 shipping!
I wish that Dillard’s would finally offer free shipping! They are the only major department store that still doesn’t have a free shipping option!
My Dillard’s rep always offers me free shipping because i live about an hour away. You can probably establish a relationship with one of the salespersons there and you can just call and make the order for free shipping. Also Dillard’s card holders get a 10%dsct after a certain amount purchase.
Also Macy’s last purchase in May had 15% dsct plus GWP that even offered a full size pressed powder in addition their $70 dollar GWP.

Belk will have a Lancome GWP starting around May 25. They should have an Estee Lauder GWP in early June but I do not have a start date yet, I will try to find out!
Hi there, I just made an Estee Lauder purchase at Belk last week and received the GWP, but now I need to order my makeup in another shade. Any idea when the Estee Lauder GWP will change again? I don’t want another bag just like the one I received with my last order so I was going to wait until a new GWP is offered. I am new to the Estee Lauder line so I wasn’t sure how often they change their GWP items. Thanks!!
There are three Estee Lauder GWPs coming up in July, and they should all have different bags: On July 21 at Nordstrom (during the anniversary sale) and then towards the end of July at Neiman Marcus and Lord & Taylor.

Macys doesn’t seem to have the GWP right now. It shows up on their site, but doesn’t add to cart.
I just tested it and it showed up for me when I added a bottle of Beautiful perfume. What item were you trying to purchase?
