Thanks to your blog I managed to buy Estée Lauder’s ANR serum (which I was low on) and added another product and got two GWP from SAKS before one of them sold out. The other one is still available (for now). Both of the gifts have eye cream and face cream from their higher end line of products, which ordinarily I would not purchase (being way over budget for me), but I love trying out products that are new to me.

I ordered from BonTon.They allowed me to choose 3 free gifts, however, the prizes are not in the order.I called them.The customer representative said there is nothing she can do.She refused to add the gifts or cancel the order.She also wouldn’t connect me with a supervisor.

That is very disappointing, I’m so sorry that happened to you! If it were me, I would keep calling back until I got a better answer (I’m persistent that way); but that the customer service rep was that rude to you is inexcusable. I haven’t purchased from them in a while but I don’t recall having any problems with them, has anyone else had problems lately?
Thanx.what bothered me most was their attitude and disinterest in actually doing something to placate me. They even suggested I place a new order! What is the point of having a customer support Center if not to assist customers with issues…let’s see what happens as I’ve sent in numerous complaints.TX administration for advocating on my behalf!

The next official Estee Lauder GWP at Macy’s will be at the end of February. Sometimes a “repeat” GWP (one we’ve seen before) will pop up, but I never know when those will happen, unfortunately. I hope that helps!

Thanks for your website. Since reading how the Estee Lauder was sold out at Macys, I went to Stage; a store that is not available in South Florida, and able to get one at the beginning of November. At that time they only had the Modern Classic, so I got it even though the Smoky Noir would have been my preference. About a week later, I saw both available so since that led me to believe that the restocked, I waited until this week to see if I could get it with other sales – well now is sold out.
I got to tell you, I cannot believe Estee Lauder launched this product so soon, but glad that least I got one. Now for those that really want it, private sellers are selling it for ridiculous prices 🙁
I know just what you mean. They do always launch it that early — but it has NEVER sold out that quickly. At least not in the 8+ years I’ve been keeping track! I’m not sure if there were less available this year or if it was just a crazy popular set but I certainly hope they learned their lesson and stock more next year!! I wonder, have you tried calling any department stores? I haven’t so I don’t know, but usually if they still have it in stock, they are willing to ship it out. Just a thought and better than paying private seller markup!
The Estee Lauder Holiday Blockbuster is back in stock online at Belk while limited supplies last!
I ordered EL blockbuster from Belk when they restocked but they cancelled my order 6 days later! Shipped my other item though. I will be returning and asked for shipment label as I refuse to pay return shipping. Don’t think I will shop from Belk again. Was able to order from Macy’s though (thanks for posting it was available again). It sold out fast in a day!
I’m so glad you were able to get one from Macy’s because that thing sold out faster than anything I’ve ever seen! I’m sorry you had a bad experience at Belk. Usually they are a great place to shop. But I don’t think anyone was prepared for the popularity of this year’s EL Blockbuster!
I contacted Dillards regarding the Estee Lauder 2017 set. They said they can’t confirm whether they will be restocking. So bummed I missed out! However, I want to say how much I love your website. Been able to make the most of numerous GWPs thanks to you!

I bought Estee Lauder Blockbuster from Belk the first day it’s come out Oct23. They shipped the $35 set the next day and sent me an email cancelling the blockbuster set on Oct29. I am so lucky that I can still purchase a set on other store before it sold out. But I am so mad and I think i’ll never buy from them again and it seem like I have to pay for return shipping of that 35$ set.
I used your site and was able to buy from stage store get blockbuster and gwp, more stuff than Belk. Thank you
Oh, no! I’m sorry that happened to you! I’m honestly shocked at how early the EL Blockbuster sold out this year, I’ve never seen it go so quickly! I’m glad you were able to get it at another store. Did you ask Belk to pay for the return shipping? I would ask them, since you ordered thinking you would get the PWP and they cancelled and shipped without your knowledge. It’s definitely worth a try.
