Argh, unfortunately, no! This time of year is often more about special sets and PWPs, not GWPs. But there will be: Clinique Bonus at Saks in late November, Clinique Bonus at Lord & Taylor in early December, Estee Lauder GWP at Saks in early December (the one with Re-Nutriv), and possibly an Estee Lauder GWP at Nordstrom in early December. I hope that helps!
Wonder when is the next GWP for Lancome at Bloomingdale’s. I missed the May 8 eyeshadow palette. Can’t afford PWP…
Hi, the next Lancome GWP at Bloomingdale’s isn’t until the end of February. Prior to that though we will have:
Lancome GWP at Lord & Taylor (early November)
Lancome GWP at Boscov’s (mid November)
Lancome GWP at Dillard’s (late November)
Lancome GWP at Von Maur (early December, possibly a repeat GWP)
Lancome GWP at Saks (early January)
And that is just what is in my calendar, sometimes we do have nice surprise GWPs.

I’m a new customer of Bon Ton and I really like the way to purchase with them.
However, I don’t know why they locked my payment after my first order. I bought 1 Estee Lauder Gloss go round and 2 Lancome L’Absolu Rouge (their BOGO promotion) and receive 2 lipsticks as a gift plus other Estee promotion gift. On the next day I still want to buy 1 more Lancome lipstick but when I place the order, the site says they cannot proceed with my current credit card and ask for an other. Then I changed to other credit/master cards but it is still the same problem. And now the site says they don’t accept my credit card even though I still make a purchase on other site such as Macy’s/Nordstrom with no problem. Contact them more than 2 times but not yet received their response. It is so ridiculous that they offer a promotion to the customer and when the customer place an order and they blocked the payment. First as last, I will never buy from them whatever they unlock my payment.
This is just my case, not to detract any business.
This is so weird and I’m so sorry it happened to you, I have never heard of this before. Did you try calling them? It might get a quicker response than waiting for them to write back. Also did you maybe try using a different browser? That sounds so frustrating and I’m so very sorry you had a negative shopping experience!
Dillard’s is taking pre-orders in store for the Lancome blockbuster. They will have it available for PWP this Saturday. Be aware that the eye shadows are mostly shimmer, with only a few matte. By the way, I love your site! Thank you for the great information!

I usually place my GWP orders with Macy’s and Bloomingdales. Both are excellent. Both ship fast and are accurate. Thanks to this website I’m fairly up to date with offers, and I like to order when the gifts have just launched online. I recently ordered directly through Lancôme with their previous GWP offer. I could choose seven products, and I was very pleased that I did not have to choose a make up bag. I could choose from a large selection of skin care products or cosmetics. I hope they do this again. Estée Lauder are you listening?

Yes that Lancome GWP was the first of it’s kind that I’ve seen online; I certainly hope other companies take note and follow suit, it was a great idea!
There are 2 new Estee lauder gwp’s at Bon Ton and Nordstrom coming up. Bon Ton is offering g their’s next week, Oct 10th and Nordstrom is offering their’s in the next week or two. I just received courtesy calls from the store counters earlier this week and today, Oct 5th.

Just ordered from Lord and Taylor and some items of my order shipped excluding the GWP. With the Company stating in an email response, ” Regrettably, we are unable to fulfill these item(s) below due to out of stock, potential inventory issues or website error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of our inventory”.
I’m really disappointed as their return process seems rather lengthy and after reading reviews of other people saying it is not worth the headache since orders often get “lost” on the return process. I even called the customer service line just to be informed by a representative with no interest in helping saying it’s, “Too late to cancel the rest of your order”. I was then told I could use the smart label to return and pay a $9.50 fee…Long story short, don’t order from Lord and Taylor if you’d like a GWP because they just have poor customer service and false advertisement.
Oh, no. I’m so very sorry this happened to you. I knew a while back they were having inventory issues, but I haven’t heard from anyone in so long I thought they had fixed them. I will start adding my warning disclaimer back in on all L&T GWPs until they get this fixed! They continue to be the only major department store that has inventory issues. Why can’t they get this fixed??
Also, I would make a nuisance of myself and call back and ask to speak to a supervisor. They should at least email you a shipping label to return the items at their expense that you ordered I’m guessing only to get the GWP.
Same here! I placed the order on 09/24, they shipped my purchase without gift set on 09/25, I got email just state they are out of stock today on 09/27. If it’s their repeating practice , using gift set as bait, not fulfill their orders, it is cheating. At least post your story here！I won’t place my order if I saw Ashley’comment.
Oh no, not you too! I’m so sorry! I used to post a disclaimer re: GWPs at L&T but I stopped, because I didn’t hear from anyone from such a long time that I thought the problem had been fixed. But I will start posting the disclaimer again the next time they have a GWP. I think you’re safe when you order in the first few days; it is after the first few days that you may get unlucky. But I still think they should at least pay return shipping on items you don’t want to keep without the GWP; after all, they did not ship your complete order!
I’ve passed both of your comments on to my affiliate contact at Lord & Taylor, and I hope that they are working at getting their ongoing inventory issues fixed! (And don’t worry, I won’t share your contact information with them unless you ask me to).
This also happened to me at BonTon with the Sept Lancôme GWP. I placed my order making sure I had it added to my cart but then on my order confirmation GWP didn’t show up. I called multiple times to confirm it was manually added to my order and CS promised it would come in. They said the site was having tech issues and the warehouse would know to add it during processing but of course it never arrived. Their CS should’ve told me to cancel it in the beginning instead of just empty promises. First and last time I’ll ever order with BonTon.
Oh no I’m so sorry that happened to you! It may be a bit late now but I always tell myself well, there will be another GWP; and to insist that they pay for return shipping for the items they shipped without the GWP, after all they did not fulfill their contract for the order, so they should be responsible for the return shipping charges.
So sorry you had difficulty – thanks for the feedback so that will tell me NOT to order anything from Lord & Taylor. I usually get my Clinique stuff @ Macy’s (am fortunate to work 1 mile from one and live 2.5 miles from another one) – Nordstroms is good for delivery as well but sometimes have had trouble with their Web site. Macy’s is my faithful go-to for Clinique.
I think it’s ok to order from L&T within the first three or so days; it’s after that you risk missing out on the GWP (which frankly is unacceptable). Next time they have a GWP I will be posting a warning/disclaimer, and I hope they are working on getting their inventory issues fixed!
