I ordered a celestial eye palette and the beauty box from Lancome last week. The palette was opened—the seals broken and the beauty box was crushed. One piece of craft packing paper. Not sure if this will be the Holiday service for everyone, but order carefully. Lancome was unmoved when I said a gift cannot be given in that shape. I returned and ordered the same from a Macy’s store and both are in very nice condition.
Oh how very disappointing that must have been, and then to receive poor customer service on top of it, how frustrating! I’m so glad Macy’s was a better experience for you and you received your items in good condition!
