Even after spending months in FL, my vit D level was almost nil so I take 4000 IU/day. Seems to be pretty a pretty common deficiency. Let us know what the dr says after everything is done! Waiting is the worst part. Hoping for the best!!!

What did the dr say?
So as suspected they are adjusting my thyroid medication, plus I started taking lots of vitamin D, and iron. Next week I have to wear one of those 24 hour Holter monitors to rule out anything weird with my heart. If that’s normal I will follow up with primary care in a few weeks for more bloodwork to see if any of that is working to fix my heartrate? It’s not a quick process but I’m hoping this tachycardia is resolved soon!!

Haha you are correct! My family doesn’t call me “Freaky Lisa” for nothing (in regards to my legions of health weirdness, which has gotten so much weirder this past year). I’ve upped my magnesium and potassium plus the iron and D and thyroid dosage change so I’m really hoping SOMEthing helps!!
