I’m pretty PO’d. The ad for the GWP was still showing on the main page of Stage when I placed the order, so I hoped it was just something that got auto-added at shipping. I contacted them after I placed the order, and they said it was already sold out AND they had already shipped my order. I specifically held back on ordering two items I needed until there was a GWP available, and now I’ve wasted it. Guess I shouldn’t have assumed, but I don’t intend to shop at Stage again. If they didn’t have it anymore, it shouldn’t have been featured in a big ad on the main page.
🙁 I’m sorry you missed out on the bonus. As a last recourse if you are home when the package is delivered you can refuse it and they will give you a refund. But I’m so sorry that happened to you. My rule of thumb (and I learned it the hard way) is if you don’t see the bonus in the shopping cart, don’t check out, as it is probably sold out.
It certainly wasn’t your fault! It’s just ridiculous it lasted less than 24 hours. I might refuse the order, but I really need my chubby sticks! LOL! Especially if it’s going to be February before another GWP.
Eve, were you able to get the GWP from Stage? I added $32.00 worth of items, but I see no GWP in the cart as I’m checking out. I’ll keep looking to see if it’s something I have to add to the cart manually….
It is not working for me either when I just tested it, I guess it is possible it sold out already??? That was lightning fast. I will keep testing it today to see if it was a glitch but it may be sold out. There are GWPs coming at Belk and Bon Ton later this month, I will keep you guys posted!
Yeah I managed to get the GWP. However, I purchased really early on the day before it was officially advertised on their site. I had checked their site on a whim and noticed it was already showing up. I think they sold out really quickly.
