Yes, I smell clove but not so much cinnamon. Aveda products do work, but most of them have too much herb scent which I call “Aveda scent” lol
Oh really? Thanks for letting me know, as I also placed an order just now. I bought Smooth Infusion Glossing Straightener, Rosemary Mint Hand and Body Wash (small size) and Lip Saver (my favorite, I do need it for the coming season!). I buy Aveda products online most of the time, as it’s better to buy online than in-store when it comes to Aveda. They rarely give samples in-store.
I thought I’d give Lip Saver a try but then I read that it has cinnamon and clove, both not my favorite. Can you taste/smell them in the lip balm?
Lisa, do you know any reason why Aveda is not so generous about GWP? It’s weird because Aveda belongs to Estee Lauder group. I use Aveda for haircare so I hope Aveda would give us more GWP.
I have no idea and have often wondered the same thing! I occasionally get emails for “one day only free shipping” plus one or two samples, that’s why yesterday’s email was such a surprise (three free samples with free shipping with $30 min purchase code CLASSICS10). I placed an order but they’ve already emailed me that the Damage Remedy sample is on backorder so I’m not sure which samples I’ll be receiving. I ordered the Acne Relief Pads, and I’m eager to try both the hand and foot creams (those are two of the free samples, and they’re good sized, too!).
