Birchbox Beauty Sampling Program

I just found out about a new beauty sampling program that I am really looking forward to trying. It is called Birchbox and from what I am reading online it is a great little program. Unlike Beautyfix and Test Tube which are quarterly (and about $50/season) this is a monthly program that is only $10 per month and each month you get 4 or 5 mini products to try. (To see what was included in last month’s box see this page.) I have already signed up and the next box is scheduled to ship April 10. Total Beauty is launching another beauty discount program. Kate Luxe and The Little Sample Store were fairly short lived but I am hoping this one makes it. This is a beauty discount program (it looks like discounts on gift cards), click on the link to sign up and get more information.

This is not really a beauty offer, but it interested me so I thought others might be intrigued too. At OneShare.com you can purchase one share of stock from many different companies. One of those companies is Elizabeth Arden. Currently one share of stock from Elizabeth Arden is selling for $16.67, plus you must pay a “transfer fee” of $39. You can also pay extra to choose a mat and frame for your stock certificate (stock certificates are a non-standard size; it is hard to find a frame that fits at local stores, so if you want to hang it on the wall you might want to consider the framed option, but this of course increases the cost).
