I had to wear a 24 hour heart monitor a few years ago. It’s a very easy heart test. I also had a stress test on the treadmill. Thank Goodness my heart is ok. I’m sure yours is too. Sending prayers your way.

Hi there – If your heart monitor is the stick-on type like a Zio patch, it’s painless and barely intrudes on your daily activities. I’ve had to wear one twice, each for five days. There might be a bit of irritation if you have sensitive skin or if the weather is hot and sweaty. The patch might be visible if you wear a tight top or v-neck short. Otherwise, no one will know. I hope it all turns out well.
I’ve only had to wear the heart monitor that you wear for 30 days. I have had it three times and I thought it was very annoying to wear for such a long time, especially when it comes to showering and sleeping.
