Just wanted to let everyone know I had a terrible experience with Beauty Brands just now. I had placed an order on Sunday for that great Haircare Must Have bag. When I never received a shipment notification, I called them up and was told the order was canceled because they could not ship to my address. My address is just a regular street address in San Francisco that they had shipped to many times in the past. I told them this, and asked if they could then ship to my work address, but was told the order was canceled, and there was nothing they could do for me. They obviously ran out of the bag and canceled the order, and this was just a lame excuse.
Oh no!!!! I’m so sorry this happened to you! I’ve shopped with them many times and have never had a problem. It looks like the bag is still in stock; if you’re still interested (even after this) I would call and demand to speak to a supervisor; sometimes the level one customer care reps sadly aren’t the most caring. But I expect better from them, I’m so sorry this happened!
The woman on the phone was just … UGH. I had asked to speak to a supervisor, and she said she was the only one there! Oh well… live and learn. Sorry, had to vent. I was so angry when I got off the phone.

Hi, wonder if Boscov sell fresh cosmetics? I am eyeing on the Elizabeth Arden gwp. The reason I ask is because six months ago Boston sold me an expired eyeliner. There was no color came out no matter how hard I draw. This also happen with their gwp eyeliner that came with it. I didn’t notice this until two months after the purchase. Because I was finishing up with my old eyeliner. ..too late to return or do anything…
Oh my goodness this is the first I’ve heard! As far as I know they sell fresh product? They are a major regional department store. If you really want the GWP you can buy it at Dillard’s (though it is the same GWP; plus at Dillard’s you pay shipping) but that is the last known GWP I have on my calendar for Elizabeth Arden for 2016 (though I never know what is going to pop up on the Elizabeth Arden web site; they have a nice offer now and a new offer should start next Wednesday). I’m sorry you had a negative experience with the eyeliner!!
